When destroying a bulkhead with a fusion cutter, the AP cost reported on the mouse tag is 1 AP (just like any other close combat), but then when you actually do it, it takes 2 AP.
This extra AP just cost me 1 CP that I needed to set OW in my assault cannon ... and the mission goes down the drain.
